 We offer free estimates in hopes that we will be able to repair the item for you and that is how we recoup the cost and time it takes to complete the estimate. If you require a comprehensive estimate for your insurance in order to file a claim but have no intentions of getting the item repaired or the item will be totaled out, we will gladly do an estimate, but there will be a charge for that estimate.
